Booking Terms and Conditions
Deposits – Once you have paid the required deposit, your booking is confirmed and the deposit will be non refundable.. We will always endevour to allocate your chosen room type. However we cannot guarantee that this will always be possible or available.
Remaining Balance – Will be due 2 months before arrival date.
Cancellations/No Show – Made up to 2 months prior to arrival will incur a charge of £100 per week booked.
Cancellations/No Show – Made within 2 months of arrival date are non refundable.

As Pasha is a small hotel, unfortunately we do not have the facilities to offer a shower/changing room for guests' departing later than the advertised check out time. If you wish to keep your room until you leave, this will incur a half day charge of £25 and will be subject to availability. We recommend you book this at the time of making your reservation.
Since you are booking your holiday independently, we strongly advice that you take out holiday insurance to cover any unforeseeable circumstances.
We can arrange your transfer to and from the airport, please contact us for prices.
Dalaman is the closest airport to Kalkan, flights are from all majour UK airports and also some of the smaller ones. The transfer time from the airport to Kalkan is approximately 1 and a half hours.
Antalya is the next closest airport to Kalkan, once again flights are available from all major UK Airports and are available throughout the year.
Transfer time from the airport is approx 3 hours. Should you wish to fly to Antalya and would like details about Transfer prices, please contact us and we will get you the best available price.
