Booking Terms and Conditions

• Deposits - Once you have paid the required deposit, your booking is confirmed and the deposit will be non refundable.. We will always endevour to allocate your chosen room type. However we cannot guarantee that this will always be possible or available.
• Cancellations/No Show - Made up to 8 weeks prior to arrival will incur a charge of £100 per week booked.
• Cancellations/No Show - Made within 8 weeks of arrival date are non refundable.

Since you are booking your holiday independently, we strongly advice that you take out holiday insurance to cover any unforeseeable circumstances.

We can arrange your transfer to and from the airport, please contact us for prices.

Dalaman is the closest airport to Kalkan, flights are from all majour UK airports and also some of the smaller ones. The transfer time from the airport to Kalkan is approximately 1 and a half hours.

Antalya is the next closest airport to Kalkan, once again flights are available from all major UK Airports and are available throughout the year.
Transfer time from the airport is approx 3 hours. Should you wish to fly to Antalya and would like details about Transfer prices, please contact us and we will get you the best available price.
